Great attitude and professionalism from Ugur.
Im giving the work 4 starts because I paid 1-2 hours labour for a job that took 40mins. However that obviously isn’t an issue with the mechanic- it just means he was super efficienc.
But a reappraisal of the labour charges ,once the work has been done ,would be standard in any other business

Mechanic was early for the appointment. Provided the report in a timely manner and called me afterwards to discuss. His insight helped me determine the car wasnt good value for money and I ended up not purchasing, thankfully.
