Ugur came on time and worked on the car. He did a good job on few things in the car servicing list however, he left quite a lot of items in the interim car servicing list. As a customer I booked this service based on what Clickmechanic has advertised on their website but it was a bad experience and financial loss for me since I will have to contact another mechanic to get other things checked which were part of this service. Wouldn’t recommend this service. Very disappointed.

Ugur carried out a very thorough inspection and identified several serious issues that were not apparent from the seller's description, including engine and gearbox concerns, diagnostic faults, brake problems and poor previous repairs.

I particularly appreciated that he did not simply complete the inspection and tell me everything was fine. He correctly recognised that the vehicle was unsafe to road-test and explained the problems he had found.
