Land Rover Range Rover Evoque Timing chain replacement

The timing chain is still noisy, but after getting them to take it back twice, I gave up hope of them fixing it. I cannot be sure that they changed both chains and the engine oil and filter definitely weren't changed. There was also an oil leak when they bought it back that they charged me £150 to fix!

Called before picking up and dropping off the car. Was hoping 2 new pinch bolts for the wishbones would be included in the replacement, but I’m happy with the work carried out to a good standard.

Audi A1 Diagnostic Inspection

Can’t recommend.
Communication was bad, arrived 2 hours before arranged pick up time (luckily I was home), did not tell me they were going to keep the car over night on the first day, just didn’t car the car back, had the car over a week and nothing was achieved and had to ask multiple time for updates.
In the end I asked for the car back.

First and foremost, you raised a concern regarding the delayed pick-up. This delay was outside our control, as the road was blocked, which was unforeseen.
Secondly, you were informed that your vehicle required further diagnostics, a process that takes time and necessitates keeping the vehicle, particularly over the weekend when our operations are limited, as we do not work on Sundays. After conducting the diagnostic and in-depth investigation, we discovered that your vehicle was experiencing timing and engine issues.
You were duly informed and provided with options to either repair the vehicle or reassemble it and return it to you. You opted for reassembly and return, and we kept you updated throughout every step of the process.

Audi A6 Avant MOT with collection & delivery

The MOT was fine but when the car was returned from the service the engine oil was at its lowest level and i had to put in one more liter of oil to bring up to the correct level, and the car also now has a yellow engine warning light on which i am going to take to Audi to get fixed

No mechanic turned up, a driver without tools instead tried to’recover’ my vehicle
I specifically booked a Mobile Mechanic because I know the problems associated with the particular model of 5 series when a faulty starter motor drains the battery.
To compound this,I was then charged. Cancellation fee despite never having received the service I ordered.
The absolute cheek.

Based on the details of your booking, you requested an MOT with collection and delivery, as well as a starter motor replacement. The booking also indicated that you were willing to pay an additional £70 fee for the recovery company's service to collect your vehicle. After making the arrangements for your booking, your contact information was passed to the recovery company to coordinate a collection time. However, you responded that this was not what you requested. You stated that you preferred a mobile service, which we do not offer. Consequently, the recovery company advised you to cancel the booking.
We attempted to fulfill your request in accordance with the booking details, but received predominantly negative responses. Please note that MOT inspections must be carried out at our garage, as mobile services are not available for this procedure.
While we appreciate your reviews, they are meaningful only when they reflect the truth. Thank you for your understanding.
