No mechanic turned up, a driver without tools instead tried to’recover’ my vehicle
I specifically booked a Mobile Mechanic because I know the problems associated with the particular model of 5 series when a faulty starter motor drains the battery.
To compound this,I was then charged. Cancellation fee despite never having received the service I ordered.
The absolute cheek.

Car collected on a Saturday, returned promptly,good communication, no problems. Car had fault, which they have fixed, service via click mechanic was stress free and easy to use, instant quote is very good

Mechanic friendly and knowledgable. Happy with the work they carried out, but didn't got any invoice or certificate of Mot done for keep with me.

We didn’t meet the mechanic as the car was collected from my home address but the guy who picked the car up and brought it back was polite and informed us when he would be arriving and also when he was returning the vehicle.

I can’t comment on the quality of the work because I’ve no idea if they carried out the repair or not. Car is still overheating. Surely they should have called and discussed what was next to solve this. However, what they actually did was drive the overheating car back to our home without letting us know when they were coming. We were out, but could hear the car’s engine fan running loudly over the doorbell camera. We weren’t far away but they’d left the key with our neighbour and gone by the time we’d rushed back. Guess they didn’t want any more work! They charged us £70 recovery as the car couldn’t be driven to them, then they drove it back with the same problem! Recovery did pick it up promptly though.

My car was picked up and collected so I didn't actually see the mechanic.
Car picked up within the 2 hour time slot and returned 3 hours later,very good service.
Only one small negative was my car came back with black greasy finger marks all over it(white car), not that I expected them to wash it but wiping the marks off would have given 5 stars. Would recommended to anyone,will use again thank you clickmachnic.
