I'm happy with the work, that was done! Part department messed up the parts, but still able to get the job done

Jose was good, however I didn't realise that he would have the car for over 8 hours.
Having said the above, when the car was returned it did seem more quiet and drove more smoothly.
Therefore can't fault his work.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the work carried out — the mechanic was professional and the job itself was completed properly.

However, I’m disappointed with the parts that were used. The brake pads fitted were a budget option, and I was not given a choice or informed beforehand. For my vehicle (a van), braking performance is extremely important, and I would have been more than willing to pay extra for higher-quality, premium brake pads.

In the future, I would strongly prefer to be consulted on parts selection, especially for safety-critical components like brakes.

Friendly, knew what was needed and did the work very efficiently.
Arrived early

Jose arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service, will definitely use again.

Quick and responsive. Really happy with the service. Came with all the parts needed for the job and simply got on with it.

He was very friendly and gave me advice on what I need to do going forward.
He also told me ways I can prevent my pads and discs getting to how bad they were.

Jose was excellent throughout great communication great job all round quality
