Jose has very good communication skills and obviously was a dab hand at fixing our brake pads. It was a very hot evening but he did the job well and finished on time.

Wasn't who I'd booked and paid for. I'd used a mechanics last time who did a good job so I rebooked with him. He took my booking even though he'd no intention of carrying it out. Instead he sent someone I'd never seen before. Who I'd no idea what qualifications he had or reviews of his service. After he'd left I went to top up my screenwash, before going out , and noticed brake fluid dripping from the top of the reservoir onto my rubber pipes below. In case you dont know brake fluid is incredibly corrosive! Clearly overflowed when he was doing my brakes and he'd made zero attempt to a) have some tissue round the cap area to stop it dripping b) make any attempt to clean it up after he'd finished. Would have been impossible not spotting it. If they were that sloppy I've zero peace of mind as to the quality of work. I'm now going to have to book it into a garage to have the brakes checked so I feel safe driving it. Unacceptable! Read more
