I'm so pleased that I asked Victor to look at a van I was planning to purchase. Because if his advice and feedback I feel I dodged a problem van which may have cost me far more than his fee. Although I was not present, as the van was at a dealership, he phoned to update me on his work and the report was very detailed.

Excellent service from start to finish. Arrived on-time to Beckenham, BR3 today with great comms to keep me updated on the arrival time. Victor from "Fix It" was super pleasant, took the time to explain the job and the fix clearly, and provided a thorough post‑completion summary. Repair job was completed quickly and tidily. I’m very impressed and would highly recommend.

Great work carried out by Victor. He’d attended before to diagnose the fault, which another well known (Orange) company couldn’t do correctly.

I do not like to leave a bad review for anyone.
I'm certain on normal mechanic's he is fine. But for this job he was not I am sorry.
But when someone comes, ignores the request to check the connections and tells me it is the wiper stalk when it wasn't without testing anything I was not happy.
I put in the booking request it's a Ford Transit that are notorious for water ingress into their wiper motor connections.
Never was checked, as I took it to a auto electrician after and they fixed it. The original tape was still on the connectors, they had not been removed.

Diagnoses is to test and diagnose things, not to take a guess after 5 mins and say it's something it clearly wasn't. A quick Google search has so much info on ford transit wiper problems. And this was not checked even thought I asked for it to be. Read more
