Florin was brilliant. He arrived exactly when he said he would and immediately got to work on my car.

This involved taking a lot of pieces from the body work and engine so that he could change the timing belt and water pump.

Throughout the process, he put up with me watching and was very informative, explaining how and why certain parts were changed.

I had full confidence in his work as it was very clear to see that he had done this type of work many times before and knew exactly what he was doing.

He made sure that he kept the driveway clean and took all of the old parts and fluids away with him.

As an added gesture, he even took time to jump start my mother's car which she was extremely pleased with.
