Hi not completely happy. He said it was my battery. When I first spoke to you about my car there wasn’t a problem with the battery. All electrics were working. I thought it was the starter motor or ignition fault. Now the battery is flat. I don’t think he checked the starter motor.

The mechanic from LDN arrived at the appointed time. The car was taken back to the garage, almost 30 miles away, to replace the EGR valve. It was returned on the same day and the drive is now better than ever.

The mechanic takes your car to their garage which i hadn’t be told about so was very confused when I didn’t see my car on the driveway. The mechanic was friendly enough but communication was poor. I have used better mechanics previously through click mechanic

We are saddened by your dissatisfaction and we take our reviews seriously as a company.
We must advice you click mechanic isn’t just a “mobile mechanic” network and has local garages on it also, if you wish to have a mobile mechanic only this is something you need to leave a review to click mechanic about not the garage which carried out the job.
Furthermore after investigation with our driver, we have been informed they communicated with yourself and asked if it okay to leave our service car parked in your bay before returning which you said was ok.
Having your car serviced in garages is always a much better way as the old oil is drained properly, something mobile mechanics can’t do, we returned the car within 1 hour and provided you a much better service for the same price.
Lastly we are sorry our drivers didn’t communicate with yourself longer then you wished we would like to invite you to the garage for a cup of tea and a chin wag as during service hours are drivers are unable to.
When leaving a review we accept and try to improve on any advice, we also advice this when leaving reviews that they are helpful about the service rather then issues with the 3rd party booking site as it effects our reputation for something weren’t responsible for.

SEAT Ibiza Diesel injector leak-off testing

Paid £94 after 15 minutes of work the mechanic told me couldn't tell me what was wrong with the car or find out the problem.
What a waste of money,never again!!

Dear Carlos, we are saddened to see you weren’t happy with your experience as this is something we take very seriously as a company.
Addressing the point of the amount charged these are prices between yourself and click mechanic, the garage / mechanic have no say or role in pricing this is between yourself and click mechanic.
The original call out was for suspected leaking injectors, however when the mechanic arrived the car was in a much serious stage of repair then injector diagnostic however they tested all injectors via diagnostic tool and checked for leaking, after finding no leaks and all injectors working properly, the mechanic communicated this back to you which he was told just change to injectors anyway however as this wasn’t the issue the mechanic advised not to.
the mechanic referred you to the garage where there is more advanced equipment and offered a free of charge investigation.
You declined an investigation as you needed the car and then when we called up again and you couldn’t tell the garage when you’d be free for the work to be carried out leaving the garage with no further option to help.
We however still offer a free further investigation in the garage to find the route of the issue.
