Shehan was pleasant and puntual. He is new to car ownership and had been given an estimate and "diagnosis" for work (replacing all coil packs) not needed. The spark plug change was sufficient to get rid of the misfire and Shehan was more than happy with that. It was a pleasure working for him.

Was able to let the man get on with the work and he was approachable when I needed to get out to an appointment.
I would like any feedback he would be able to give as to ensure the issue does not happen again if possible.
