Although I was a little disappointed as I had to pay a garage £30 to clear my service light as Mike didn’t clear it. It needed a diagnostic tool. Other than that, I was happy. Thanks.

My timeslot with Michael was 10-12 today and he actually arrived a few minutes after 12. A call or text to say he was running late would have been appreciated but it wasn't a major issue as I was at home today. Once he arrived, Michael took a detailed look at the car, diagnosed the problem as accurately as he could, given that the original warning messages have now cleared, and advised me on my options clearly and thoroughly. I was very happy with his service.
