The mechanics were very good. The collected my car and returned it. The job was completed and the car is not running very well.

You made me give my car to a complete stranger and they took it and returned it with zero petrol in the tank. I would have put petrol in and paid for it at any point but they returned it on zero which is not acceptable.

Joanne or whichever computer is emailing me was very rude repeatedly and made the experience not good throughout and afterward.

Your system needs looking at - when I go to use the help feature or chat it puts me through to this other company, it says it’s your website and click mechanic but the only people messaging on there are “Auto pro mechanic” also you don’t have a phone number so the only people to call about anything are them

Ultimately this was awful experience, you made me give my car to another company without telling me. I have no idea if they fixed my brake pads. I know they drive my car to me and left it on zero petrol without telling me when they dropped it off.

The wrong part required , and it didn’t take a couple of hours, it over a day, which isn’t their fault

Which is more that can be said about Click mechanic,
I actually can’t put into words how awful you company is.

Ali was great. He arrived in good time and returned the car by 5:00, as promised. The car is all fine, apart from a brand new problem with the parking sensors. They have either been disconnected or damaged, and there was no communication about it.

A brilliant app with great communication. Collected from my house at the agreed time and delivered promptly the following day, by Tom. No necessary work or spare parts and final price was surprisingly reasonable. Will use again++.
