Ali was FANTASTIC. He kept me informed on the delivery of the parts he’d ordered and came to repair my electric mirror as soon as it arrived. I contacted him on Thursday evening and the car was repaired by 9.30 am on Saturday. Mini had offered me a date in 4 weeks time to take the car in for the same repair…. We had a long journey to make and Ali went above and beyond to make sure my wing mirror was repaired in time. Honestly I cannot recommend his work and communication more highly. I’m telling everyone!

great service, came and collected car to do rear pads and discs and over £100 cheaper than specialist and half the price of main dealer. collected car and dropped back within a few hours. friendly guy, prompt and good communication. highly recommend. will be using clickmechanic all the time from now on and hopefully Auto Pro will pick up the job each time :)

You’re mechanic( sorry can’t remember his name) was friendly and professional, took our car away for a couple of hours, sorted our problems and brought it back.

While the person that collected my car was very friendly and polite, the issue with my car still exists. I have spent years trying to get my engine light off on my vw golf. It had diagnostics check done (not by the garage that did the repair) I was told it was required a new EGR valve. This has been changed however the light is still on. The manager returned my vehicle and said the light went out but came back on as was the case when he returned it. So not unhappy with the work done but disappointed that this problem still exists. Very little communication from the garage, none from the mechanic. I actually assumed that I would have a mobile mechanic as at least I would have been able to communicate the issues directly.
