All seems ok. Not there to check car is ok but I think they did the work they were supposed to do.

I was in a rush at work during the time the works were going on but the guys were professional enough to carry out their job in a timely manner. 100%.

Auto Pro came to my rescue last time round to replace a wheel bearing when another garage recommended by the RAC robbed me and cheated me on works that weren't meant to be done and not actually doing what needed to be done. Be careful out there! just shows that you don't need qualifications to become a cowboy mechanic.

I do prefer the pick up & delivery due to my work schedule so it's nice not to worry about these things to factor into your working day. The driver arrived earlier than expected which was great. I went for an oil & filter change with MOT. Great work, even had the engine bay cleaned which was surprising. This shows that they did change the oil, I did also check via dipstick as I had concerns previously when Halfords supposedly changed my oil.

Autopro Mechanic were friendly and professional, they explained the work required and were honest. They had informed me of other issues that required attention and were truthful about the fact that it required a specialist to look at which they didn’t have and tried to source this for me although no appointments were available. I appreciate that they went above and beyond to resolve the issues.

I had misdiagnosed that my car's air con needed a regas. The mechanic did a diagnostic and found that I did not need a regas. They kindly reduced the charge to that of the diagnostic test only, which was less than the amount I had pre-authorised. The car collection guy Tom was also prompt and friendly.
