So I was not aware they were collecting my car to take it away as I thought the works were being completed outside my home address. However, once having spoke to the driver it was clearer why they needed to take it to their garage. The car was returned well before the said time and everything was done with what appears to be complete efficiency so very happy.

Price good. Flexible as I had to change tome at short notice. Arrived 10 mins early. Great communication. This was my 2nd year and will return.

The person who collected the vehicle was two hours late and ignored the pre-arrange location of the keys as I was busy with a client and instead banged on the door repeatedly. I then heard nothing for the next seven hours and had to message them on site to find out what was happening. So one star for communication. The car required further work (which due to its age wasn't a big surprise) and was returned the following day. The person who dropped the car off was unable to review the work done and could not run my through what addition work had been completed "I'm just a delivery driver" so again one star for communications. Overall a very disappointing experience compared to being able to talk to an actual mechanic who worked on the vehicle. Read more

The lad who picked up the van, not sure if he was the mechanic who carried out the MOT, was a delight. I’ve met him before and he’s a top bloke. A credit to Auto Pro.

Wow, actually had a decent company carry out the work to my vehicle. Auto pro were very professional from start to finish. There pick guy was very friendly and had plenty of communication.
Overall with the cost and the professionalism of auto pro was fantastic and I have to say I’m very happy.
