The mechanics seem to have been struggling with your system. You sent the wrong part inspire.of having.all the information needed to identify the right one. That said, they were slow to realise it was.wrong,.and slow to source the right piece. They didn't communicate the problems in a timely way. However, I principally blame.click mechanic for setting up this failing system, and providing no way to contact.you directly to try to resolve problems. Felt like both the mechanics.and I were struggling against.you.

I had a great experience with this mechanic. The work was done properly, on time, and without any surprises. Everything was explained clearly, the pricing was fair, and my car feels noticeably better after the service. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who’s both skilled and trustworthy. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever my car needs attention.

Polite, punctual and delivered the car spotless.

He was really good, friendly and punctual. The car was back very quickly after my service and mot. The car drives more smoothly. However, I wasn’t very impressed with the mess that was left in the car whereby the drivers side mat is now stained and needs cleaning. The steering wheel was very mucky. I got it valeted the next day. However, despite this, I would recommend the mechanic.
