We attended the booking based on the information provided, where the vehicle was marked as drivable. later over the phone after you explained it became clear that the vehicle had a coolant leak and overheating issue, making it unsafe to proceed as originally planned.
We explained the situation and offered options, including arranging recovery, but this was declined. we attended the booking for diagnostics inspection, time and travel were incurred.
