My motor home was collected by a very friendly and polite gentleman who took the vehicle to your workshop. I telephoned the workshop to get an idea of how many days it would be before I would get the motor home back as I was having a new alternator and belt fitted. I was absolutely delighted to hear from the charming lady that the job would be done the same day and the motor home returned to my house. I was absolutely delighted when later in the day I had a knock on the door and there was a gentleman who had just returned my motor home, all work done. Fantastic.

I didn’t have any contact with a mechanic. However, having booked the repair a driver collected the car at the time agreed, I was informed when the car was ready and again when the car was being returned. The price was as previously agreed and paid for. An efficient service at a reasonable price.

clutch pedal not adjusted correctly =- no pressure in the pedal travel until reaching the floor - this needs to be fixed.

I had no communication from the mechanic until i called. My car was picked up 11.30am Monday morning for a clutch replacement and wasn't returned till 6.30pm Tuesday evening and I was told would be back 2pm Tuesday at the latest I had to call to find out what was going on.
