Super! I was really impressed with Auto Pro (Thornton Heath), who re-gassed my air conditioning (Audi S3). Great collection and delivery service! Navede and the team did excellent.
I was let down a few days earlier by a well known high street brand/garage who forgot to book the right technician in for my job.
I instead booked through Click Mechanic, and Auto Pro accepted my job within minutes. It was very convenient for me with them collecting and delivering the car to my address. Thank you

Everything seems fine with the clutch replacement so far. A bit of warning should be given when dropping the car back after repair, just to say there on there way, Also my wheel trims/ hub caps were cabled tied on to prevent them coming off, these were not present when they dropped my car back. Other than that, good service.

SEAT Ibiza Central Locking Inspection

I booked this service to fix specific central locking, passenger door, and boot opening issues on my car. While a diagnostic scan was carried out, no actual repair was completed, and the mechanic stated they do not carry out auto-electrical work. I am left with the exact same unresolved issues after paying over £110, and now have to hire a separate auto electrician to get the actual work done. Very disappointed with the service.

We are disappointed with this review as it does not accurately reflect the service that was booked or carried out.
The booking was for a Central Locking Inspection, not a pre-authorised repair with a known failed component. Our technician attended as booked, carried out a full diagnostic inspection and identified multiple complex electrical faults, including a Terminal 30 central-locking power supply fault, loss of communication with the passenger door control module, and a short-to-ground fault within the rear boot release circuit.
These findings show that this is not a straightforward lock or actuator replacement.
The faults require detailed wiring, power supply, continuity and module communication testing before any parts can responsibly be replaced.
We could easily have guessed at components and charged the customer for unnecessary parts, but that would not be professional. Instead, we diagnosed the vehicle, documented the faults and advised that the next stage requires specialist auto-electrical investigation due to the complexity of the issue.
The customer paid for a diagnostic inspection, and that diagnostic service was completed. A diagnostic inspection does not guarantee that the vehicle will be repaired during the same appointment, particularly where further specialist investigation is required.
We therefore strongly disagree with the suggestion that no service was provided. The purpose of diagnosis is to identify the nature of the fault and determine the correct next step, which is exactly what was done in this case.
