When arriving they realised they couldn't drive it to their destination due to the car being overfilled with oil.
I spoke with them and they immediately came up with a plan. They attended later in the day as promised and did an amazing job.
I'm really pleased with their professionalism. Id definitely recommend and will use again.

Turned up within the agreed window. Returned car on time with MOT and service completed. Would have been good to answer messages to the provided mobile number before the pickup, but I suppose I would have called if it had been more important.

Whilst the AutoPro team did not arrive in the time allocated to me, and it took a few calls before they answered with an update, once available the team were very courteous and efficient. They managed the whole service seamlessly, returning the car to me once complete! Thank you!
