They collected and returned vehicle in agreed timescales. Work seems to have resolved the problem.

He was very knowledgeable and offered helpful advice. He changed the battery and tested the charging system

Came slightly late, didn’t read notes, so was only able to carry out battery change because they didn’t pay attention to the fact I’d said in advance that the clutch wasn’t working. So oil change, diagnostic test and MOT test unable to be completed

All seems good with the alternator belt replacement. Carried out quickly and efficiently within the day even though it was between Christmas and New Year.

They were very punctual in picking up and delivering my car. I loved their punctuality and was very satisfied.

Mechanic was great and it was straight forward process. Some more coordinated status of the customer journey would be appreciated.

So I was not aware they were collecting my car to take it away as I thought the works were being completed outside my home address. However, once having spoke to the driver it was clearer why they needed to take it to their garage. The car was returned well before the said time and everything was done with what appears to be complete efficiency so very happy.
