The mechanic was over an hour late. There was no message explaining this and although I phoned the number provided that was not the number he was using. However, he did change the battery successfully.

I expected some sort of message to tell me who was coming between 4 & 6pm for my service. Instead, a guy arrived at nearly 5pm with a photo of my contract in his phone. I asked for ID and he had none. I asked when car would be back and he told
Me the garage closed at 7 so before that. Then car came back after 7 pm. I was given no paperwork but told to check email. My car stinks of the drivers takeaway. How do I know whether anything was even checked ?

Very efficient service. Car was collected on time and returned later in the evening. It would have been good to receive a text or a call to say that everything had gone ok but otherwise all good.

I can't really speak for the mechanic as I only dealt with drivers and someone on reception. But the work on first inspection is absolutely fine.

I had all spark plugs, coilpack and a full service done. I was kept updated regularly on progress and some other problems they found. They were very quick and delivered my car back to me, would definitely be going back there. Thank you
