Courteous and effective .. hadn’t appreciated car would be taken away for the work and the time slot was simply window for collection as a result car wasn’t back useable until end of day. However good price and efficient. Might have appreciated old parts left to witness but all good otherwise

quite hard to review as there was 0 communication whatsoever, I took my van to have the cam belt done at my usual garage the next day to be told there is a MASSIVE oil leak, sent photos of it to the click mechanic and was told ‘yeah we saw that, it was already there’ it is sooo strange that they didn’t say anything, won’t be using again 👎

I never interacted with the mechanic so as soon as they collected my car it was radio silence which I'm not complaining about, I'd rather that than receiving calls regarding potential problems with my car. Also, when they dropped off my car, it was cleaner inside than when I left it which was nice of them. They also provided a PDF service report and a copy of the MOT, as well as resetting the service indicator and stamped my service book.
