I had a great experience with this mechanic. The work was done properly, on time, and without any surprises. Everything was explained clearly, the pricing was fair, and my car feels noticeably better after the service. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who’s both skilled and trustworthy. Polite, punctual and delivered the car spotless.

He was really good, friendly and punctual. The car was back very quickly after my service and mot. The car drives more smoothly. However, I wasn’t very impressed with the mess that was left in the car whereby the drivers side mat is now stained and needs cleaning. The steering wheel was very mucky. I got it valeted the next day. However, despite this, I would recommend the mechanic.

ClickMechanic were very efficient and courteous, from pick up to delivery. If anyone is wanting a full service and MOT, I would happily recommend them.

They refused to drop my car at my house. They made up some nonsense about insurance. Turned out it was up to their discretion. I had to catch an uber to the place they picked up my car. We had arranged to meet at 4pm. They didn’t come. I rang their office - the line went to voicemail. I remembered the pickup driver had rung me when they picked up the car. Rang him. He apologised and said the receptionist had to go to hospital. Then on email, the receptionist, who was meant to be in hospital, responded and said their had been a power cut. The guy wanted to come the next day. I said no, I am here now standing in the rain. He came. He then lied about traffic, where he was. Then the women, recovered from her emergency hospital trip rang me. I told her she was a liar and she needs to give me money back. She hung up on me. She then rang me back and accused me of calling her a b***h on the previous call, which isn’t true. I called her a liar….because she is one.

They are just a bunch of liars. All of this would have been avoided if they weren’t trying to scrimp a bit more money by delivering the car to my house.

I was subsequently late to dinner in London. My friend was buying me an amazing dinner at Lucky Cat in Bishopsgate.

Honestly, it was a total shambles. I deserve a lot of money back for the inconvenience and the truly dreadful service. Read more
