Smartly dressed guy picked the car up at 11:20 (arranged window was 10-12) and returned it at 15:40. Garage was approx 5 miles from my house. New front pads and disks on an L200. Very pleased with the service.

I expected some sort of message to tell me who was coming between 4 & 6pm for my service. Instead, a guy arrived at nearly 5pm with a photo of my contract in his phone. I asked for ID and he had none. I asked when car would be back and he told
Me the garage closed at 7 so before that. Then car came back after 7 pm. I was given no paperwork but told to check email. My car stinks of the drivers takeaway. How do I know whether anything was even checked ?
