Rami was very efficient, sorted out the problem and very pleasant too. What more can I say!

Rami was fantastic
Gave me a message to say he was on his way and turnt up when he said he would and on time.
Diagnosed my issue almost immediately and had given me a very reasonable quote and appointment to fix the car all within 5 minutes of first meeting.
Came to my house the next day and fixed the issue within the time period ha gave me.
Couldn't of asked for any more from Rami I was really impressed.
Highly recommended I've saved his number for any future work.
All in all a very easy and pleasant experience with rami and as a first time user of clickmechanic I was also impressed with the ease of their site.

I was rather disappointed to be honest.i expected a diagnostic and then to be told what needed to be fixed and aI would then have paid to have a functional car. Instead I’ve had to find another garage to change transmission oil which I could have done in the first place. Regarding the second car we were given a very vague answer and are not confident the issue was solved.

He arrived dead on the minute at the start of the 2 hour window, was so polite and helpful. He carried out the work quickly, no messing about. I asked him to explain something in more detail to me and he took his time to go through it. I couldn't recommend him enough, really, really pleased.

Rami arrived promptly, checked the engine and cleared the fault lights assuring me that the engine was running well.

Friendly, but not happy with the work. He switched off the warning light and said there was nothing wrong, but it just came back on next time I started driving.
