Power assisted steering failed. Twice car collected for repair (first time had to call out AA as same problem occurred). Second time it was returned I was assured it was fixed but that at junctions/turning/roundabouts I would have to rev it very high and the steering would be very heavy. This would be permanent. The car was not safe to drive. I rely on it to take my severely disabled daughter to appointments and other activities. Took it to reputable garage where a new pump was fitted and my car is now fixed. Paid your mechanic £450 to not fix my car!

Had an emergency repair - they turned up on time took my vehicle and then kept me updated throughout the day and literally got the work done and returned it to me on the same day. Excellent service, excellent communication.
