From what I can determine the work has been carried out correctly-changed timing belt
Never spoke to the mechanic but the man who came to collect/return the car was very pleasent

He was responsive and I am happy with the work. However a little disappointed that I was led to believe the work would be carried out at home unless it wasn’t practical to do. I did read that I could be charged up to £70 more for pick up and drop off. As well as when booking it stated Monday for the repair but it was actually Wednesday when it came to fruition. Even more disappointed when a further £70 was taken without any consultation or authorisation from myself. I felt hoodwinked and there was no transparency. Obviously this is the garage’s responsibility to have informed me of this but that didn’t happen. So I will be wary in the future about using this service as I believe that you are led to believe work can be done sooner and there was no negotiations on the up to £70 or any reason given as to why the work could not be carried out at my home as described on the website. Don’t know where to start, the first time Jameel had my vehicle it came back with a damaged pressure sensor which he argued he didn’t do, we came to an agreement to divide the cost of a new one between us, Jameel came and picked up my vehicle and carried out the work, when he returned it he parked it in such a way that I could not see the passenger side as it was up against my house, I took the vehicle for a drive and on my return noticed a dent in the passenger door, I informed jameel and he came to view it and admitted that it was “probably” him who caused the damage, he immediately contacted a body shop and now I have to take it in for repair at Jameel’s cost.

Jameel was amazing, arrived on time to collect my car. Had a major service done and Jameel provided an email copy of the report and went through all the issues with me. Will defo recommend
