Excellent service. Jameel was really friendly and called to update me on the work required. 2nd time using this mechanic and would definitely reccomend! The collection service is fantastic!

I recently had my car collected, serviced, MOT’d, and delivered back by JSR Autos and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the service was seamless, professional, and incredibly convenient. The team handled everything with care and efficiency, keeping me informed throughout the process.

I booked a home service for a change of front brake discs and pads but my car was actually taken to Erdington local garage by mechanic Jameel.

My appointment time was between 08:00-10:00 am, Jameel arrive at 09:00 am to collect my MAZDA CX3 2016 reg. It was returned back to my house at 12:30 noon time same day Tuesday 02 Sept. 2025.

I requested a picture of the old and new brake discs and pads from Jameel and it was provided.

So far my car is in good working condition and both sides front brake discs and pads are brand new fitted with a total cost of £162.09.

Excellent service car collected at 11am delivered back by 2.30pm job done. Couldnt have been easier! 👌

Never spoke to the mechanic but the man who came to collect/return the car was very pleasent

He was responsive and I am happy with the work. However a little disappointed that I was led to believe the work would be carried out at home unless it wasn’t practical to do. I did read that I could be charged up to £70 more for pick up and drop off. As well as when booking it stated Monday for the repair but it was actually Wednesday when it came to fruition. Even more disappointed when a further £70 was taken without any consultation or authorisation from myself. I felt hoodwinked and there was no transparency. Obviously this is the garage’s responsibility to have informed me of this but that didn’t happen. So I will be wary in the future about using this service as I believe that you are led to believe work can be done sooner and there was no negotiations on the up to £70 or any reason given as to why the work could not be carried out at my home as described on the website.
