I didn't meet him, he sent someone else to get my car. He didn't do the work I was advised i needed and told me I needed major work done as I needed a new steering pump and quoted me over £500. I didn't feel this was right so I went to a reputable garage who said my steering pump was fine and did the work I originally booked to do which was replace the auxiliary belt which was the problem. I'm angry that this mechanic was either incompetent or trying to rip me off by saying I needed something replacing that was working fine!
