All well, car returned on time.
Collected later than arranged.
Unfortunately MOT was not done as I forgot to tick. Now will be done elsewhere

Very friendly and professional, quality of work was very good. Only complaint is that I requested a vehicle pick up between 08:00 - 10:00, car was picked up at 11:55.

Other than being an hour late picking the car up. They did very well. I am pleased with the results.

They changed the clutch on the Toyota but we had to chase them for turning up

I will definitely be using Topnotch again great service and genuine guys will make family and friends aware

Happy with the work. My car was in terrible condition - so credit to them for putting up with it. They had the car for 3 days - but the communication was excellent the first two days - but on the last day was lagging despite following up repeatedly. I had an additional cost of £160 (of which I was expecting around £120 based on the comms over first two days). I am not lodging a complaint for the difference as they did a great job - but that does not make up for lack of communication and a surprise cost.

The service provided was excellent. From the moment the mechanic arrived to collect my car to handing the keys back to me. The moment I drove my car I knew they did brilliant job because I have noticed the difference. Highly recommended mechanics from TopNotch!

Called when on route to pick up car and dropped off when ready. no complaints service was as expected.
