Yes the mechanic messaged me and kept me updated with photos and videos during the repair process

I have used Click Mechanic for a number of years without any issues but today was totally different and makes you realise that the Company is only as good as the contractors it has on its books.
I will never use Click Mechanic again for this reason. Today's contractor Top Notch had such poor communication and the punctuation was awful.
I would like to note the garage sub contracted the work to a mobile mechanic and the mobile mechanics were absolutely superb, great personalities, excellent workmanship shame about the company who subcontracted them!
If Top Notch are contracted to your job turn it down or cancel your job!!!!.

Nuz was friendly and efficient, checking with me if I was ok with additional work and parts replacements. He sent me plenty of pictures as the MOT and service were progressing.

Waited until the car actually passed the MoT before leaving a review as it had failed just on headlight alignment and that was the purpose of the booking. Just passed so I can give 5* for the work.
Late arrival due to an apparent emergency breakdown that needed to be attended to explains the 4* for punctuality, can't plan to stay on my feet for too long with a slipped disk but can't blame the mechanic for that, and a breakdown is more important. Did get notified of the delay.

Very impressed with this service. Communication was fantastic with photos received of ongoing works. Will use again

What a fantastic experience I had with Topnotch.
The mechanic, Khan, was so friendly and helpful - came and picked up my car, did all the work and dropped it back to me very quickly and efficiently, and they'd even cleaned it for me before bringing it back.
Khan also kept me updated with pics and videos throughout the whole process. And explained to me exactly what the problem was (I also really appreciated that he listened to me when I told him what previous mechanics had told me was wrong etc).
I will definitely be using Topnotch again - 100%. Brilliant service and amazing job.
