Waited until the car actually passed the MoT before leaving a review as it had failed just on headlight alignment and that was the purpose of the booking. Just passed so I can give 5* for the work.
Late arrival due to an apparent emergency breakdown that needed to be attended to explains the 4* for punctuality, can't plan to stay on my feet for too long with a slipped disk but can't blame the mechanic for that, and a breakdown is more important. Did get notified of the delay.

What a fantastic experience I had with Topnotch.
The mechanic, Khan, was so friendly and helpful - came and picked up my car, did all the work and dropped it back to me very quickly and efficiently, and they'd even cleaned it for me before bringing it back.
Khan also kept me updated with pics and videos throughout the whole process. And explained to me exactly what the problem was (I also really appreciated that he listened to me when I told him what previous mechanics had told me was wrong etc).
I will definitely be using Topnotch again - 100%. Brilliant service and amazing job.
