Very friendly, polite , quick and efficient. Happy with the work carried out

Alin was polite friendly and punctual. My problem is not with him but with your automated system which first showed there being no problem with the car (I had paid for a diagnostic) and later took payment for changing the water pump.

I did not mean this to reflect on Alin.

Alin was on time and very helpful. Nice guy who thoroughly checked the vehicle diagnostics and explained everything. Would certainly recommend.
