Alin was simply fantastic, explaining every stage of the work he was carrying out. He was punctual and utterly professional.

My only complaint is that I had an appointment booked for yesterday pm but the mechanic couldn’t attend to due to a family emergency.

Whilst this can’t be helped, it seems unreasonable to then charge a £40 priority booking fee to have someone attend today.

I’ve raised this with Customer Service but they’ve currently declined to remove the charge.

Alin , was a little late wasn’t his fault cause parts didn’t arrive till lunch time but kept in touch with me when he was on his way , very good mechanic knew what he was doing , job done quickly and efficiently .

Alin was excellent. On time, explained everything and did what was needed as well as recommended a few more things to be looked at on the car.

Alin was very helpful. He ran the diagnostics which showed that the problem would not be fixed by a service so saved me money.

Alin was early, which was a bonus. He carried out the work efficiently and did a good job. All seems to be working well. Timing belt and all the bits that go with it! Very happy!
