Appalled at how I have been treated. Disgusting service! Please read to the end for the full horror show! Paid extra for priority which was none existent! Failed the mot but no one contacted me until I made contact with them to find out what was happening. Was quoted a ridiculous price for what was wrong and them issues where not there when the car was picked up!. I got my car back and said I will do the repair myself then tell them once its done and they will re test it. Wellll.. 1st of noticed their was damage to the body work near the headlight (that apparently failed for being low) ordered and spent more money on another said bulb that also apparently failed it. I have then been trying to make contact and I have since been ignored! I Need my car so I have had to pay even more money to get it MOT somewhere else and I am glad I did! Well I told them what was happening and they couldn't believe it! The car has now passed with flying colours AND! Explained that the headlight issue that was originally stated isn't even a fail! They fail when high not low! Long story short they said I needed hundreds of pounds worth of repairs for it to pass! Avoid at all costs! I hope someone has some decency to contact me back after seeing this review to resolve this disgusting "service" and the damage to my car. Read more

Carried out repair that wasn't needed, charging us almost £800. Car broke down again, with original issue, within 10 minutes of car being returned to us. Then charged an additional £100. Incompetent and untrustworthy

Feedback for ClickMechanic - I showed that the car was available for the repair between 8am and 4pm. The mechanic wasn't aware of this - he wanted to return the car at 6pm. This was ok - but we had to make alternative arrangements for transport between 4pm and 6pm.

Sai was really good , fixed the clutch and oil leak and delivered back . He was also very friendly.
