Van was picked up on time at 9am, I hadn’t heard anything from the garage so at 3pm I had to phone to find out what time my van was being brought back. I was told it wouldn’t be back until 7pm. I was not expecting for the van to gone all day for a half hour job. I also have a tracker fitted on my van and at 2.50pm they moved my van out of there garage and on to the road a few roads away. When I phoned to find out what time the van would be back I asked where the van was for him to say it was outside, when I explained I had a tracker fitted so I knew the van had been parked a few roads away he apologise and said he would move it back to the garage (which he did). Brilliant - nice guy who collected, and mechanic at the end corrected part of the the diagnoses that a Citroen dealer had wrongly given!

Unfortunately not a good process fixed something that had nothing to do with the reason I needed my car fixed car was Jenkins because air was getting the engine got it fixed from another mechanic instantly which was the rocker cover fraction of the price also not happy at all

Done in a day which was ideal. Remains to be seen as for quality of work as just got it back but seems to be working fine atm.

Saimitcham was good keeped me informed on the progress of my car and what time I could pick my car up, grave me a run down on what's needed to de done. Love my mercedes, but very expensive when thay go wrong 😕
