This doesn't apply to the mechanic who picked up the car.
My experience wasn't great, I got the sense they were very much rushed to get any vehicle on the ramp and off the ramp as soon as possible. Im sure they are ok for quick fixes but would advise against if you need anything more complicated. There was a massive language barrier and the communication was poor, their Diagnostic machine wasn't the best for detail and reports feedback was substandard. I also blame Clickmechanic for miss matching customer concerns and needs.

The mechanic was friendly however they took 3 days to do my car and I wasn’t kept up to date with what was going on when trying to call sometimes he wouldn’t answer me. The price kept going up and up he did explain why though.

Yes, he was very good. Called me several times to keep me updated. My only concern is about the overall service - I had thought that the mechanic would try and fix the car at my house, but from the very beginning this was not offered as an option, only take away or (in my case) tow away. Maybe I didn't read the instructions....
But overall good price, efficient and problem solved. So I am not complaining.

Had front brake disc and pad changed 3 days ago. Got a call the evening before to arrange pick up. Pick up on time and timely informed of work progress. Car returned mid afternoon. All work smoothly. No issue with the new brake so far, happy customer.
