Sai Mitcham were very knowledgeable and punctual. I arrived to drop the car off and they said it would be completed in a few hours. I returned a few hours later when the work was completed. The mechanic also answers some other queries I had.

All in all, it was a good experience and I will be using the garage again.

Absolutely terrible service, stay clear of them for peace of mind. Car was delivered late in a dirty state. Lady who picked the car and mechanic very rude. Ended up overpaying for the service too and still got very low quality service, the mechanic refused to even give me an invoice for what was charged at the end. Book them at your own risk. Please READ THE OTHER REVIEWS, i made the mistake of not doing so before i booked. The whole process was an ordeal and a headache thanks to them i will not be using clickmechaninc anymore.

The team were efficient, great level and service and we got exact what we paid for! Will be using them again and again!

The brakes and brake fluid were done but I don't think the wheel alignment was done. The car still wobbles on road surfaces. Secondly, they overbooked themselves as my car was delivered late. I do blame click mechanic partly for this as the times for delivery was not adviced to the garage. I appreciate the lady who collected and delivered my car as she went out of her way to do so. Secondly, she delivered the message I wanted her to, and got called by the garage manager to discuss my request.

I was told a time they were coming to collect my car in the morning and then it kept changing, I didn't mind this at first but then they collected my car said it would be with me for 4-4:30pm and then I got a phone call to say can they deliver my car back to me at 8-8:30pm (as the garage was so far away, but why accept a job if it wasn't close). I said no as I needed my car back asap as I'm pregnant and needed my car to do shopping. Finally I got my car back at 7:30. I didn't need to use my A/C at this time as it was evening and was cooler. I have now just realised that since they've had my car, my A/C is no longer working! Nothing but headache. I've had other work done through Click Mechanic and it's been great! Read more
