The mechanic was on time as promised, also kept me very informed with telephone calls , overall the whole experience wasn't stressful at all . The mechanic was always on hand to listen for any concerns.

An hour late to the appointment, but otherwise all great, sorted the MOT and the service with no issues. Could’ve done with being messaged when the car was finished and when I expect it back, I could plan around it, but otherwise got it all done in good time :)

My experience wasn't great, I got the sense they were very much rushed to get any vehicle on the ramp and off the ramp as soon as possible. Im sure they are ok for quick fixes but would advise against if you need anything more complicated. There was a massive language barrier and the communication was poor, their Diagnostic machine wasn't the best for detail and reports feedback was substandard. I also blame Clickmechanic for miss matching customer concerns and needs.

The mechanic was friendly however they took 3 days to do my car and I wasn’t kept up to date with what was going on when trying to call sometimes he wouldn’t answer me. The price kept going up and up he did explain why though.
