The only interaction we had was with Nadia, but she was superb. Kept us updated through the day, was friendly and would definitely use again. All work completed as expected.

Yes I am very happy with BR3 MOT centre. The driver arrived promptly and was polite and courteous. The MOT and service was carried out in a timely fashion and I received my car back earlier than expected. All round great service, thanks

The car needed some extra work on it, as ClickMechanic have no phone number i called the garage direct, they were very helpful and friendly and made a stressful situation a lot less so.

Omar arrived on time and started working with the diagnostics equipment.
He identified the problem quickly and explained it clearly to me.

This incident involved loss of power on a motorway requiring the car to be recovered to my home address where BR3 MOT CENTRE attended to provide an initial assessment. - BR3 provided excellent communication prior to arrival. Mechanic (didn't get his name) seemed knowledgeable and I felt confident with his ability to arrange the follow up investigation in a garage.

Been busy but The mechanic is great. Will be on the road tomorrow so I’ll know better. But the car seems smooth.
