I was happy with the work carried out. I am unsure why he checked the oil level for a non start?
It gave the impression that he was trying to pad out the time. Maybe it was just me, because he didnt turn up until 1948 pm. I told him i had commitments from 2030. Luckily, it was done by then.

The diagnosis was not accurate, they did not fix the issue or offer a solution. I cannot use their report to get the car fixed at the dealer and I have to do the plug-in diagnosis again, so wasted the money for this service.

You have made a booking for plug-in diagnostic service and not for a repair job nor for specific diagnostic inspection. Still I have provided you with full diagnostic report and we had a good conversation over the phone where I explained the faults in your vehicle and told you which module is in defect and what other possible reasons are for the failure of that particular module. I was not booked to carry out a replacement or repair of a part.
Still I hope that the problem with your car gets resolved soon.
