I booked an electrical diagnostic for my van. I knew there was something faulty as my Adblue warnjng sign came up after only topping it up 3 months ago. I booked a mechanic to cone out to me. His name is Soultan Masoud. I do not trust mechanics or garages. Always day light robbery but I am very happy with Soultan. He was prompt. He even came a lot earlier after I asked. He was very informative, showing me every step.

Friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Gave me a detailed breakdown and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend and would use again.

Great service and very thorough. Highly recommended Everything on the diagnostic was covered.

They did an amazing job. He was really attentive to the car and making sure he done his full checks. Really friendly

Very happy with the the work carried out and their knowledge on the issue

Soultan did a great and tremendous job saved me from staking my money on something that could end up been a financial pit.

mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable. explained the the process, the cause of the problem, and what I need to do to avoid the same issue happening.

Soultan Masoud was superb. He contacted me before the job, came early which suited me fine and then easily replaced the battery in my Yaris hybrid. He had good knowledge of the car, the location of the battery and its fixings. He completed the work in record time and could not have been more friendly, helpful and informative. I can recommend him without reservation.

Mass turned up exactly on time and got straight to work changing worn brake pads. Explained what he was doing and was not afraid to get dirty and brush all grit and dust out of the calipers. He also drained excess brake fluid and recommended a fluid change in the next few months due to the colour. When all was done, he took the car out for a short test and asked me to do the same - when I reported it felt different to before he also explained why. Overall great communication from Mass and would highly recommend him.

The guy was really helpful skilled, he was on time as I scheduled with the dealership. He gave me absolutely all the proper informations I need to be aware of that, but the decision is just remains on me! 😉
I'm satisfied with him, thank you very much, I'm likely to hire you again.. depends on the market.
Well done 👍
