Soultan Masoud was superb. He contacted me before the job, came early which suited me fine and then easily replaced the battery in my Yaris hybrid. He had good knowledge of the car, the location of the battery and its fixings. He completed the work in record time and could not have been more friendly, helpful and informative. I can recommend him without reservation.

Mass turned up exactly on time and got straight to work changing worn brake pads. Explained what he was doing and was not afraid to get dirty and brush all grit and dust out of the calipers. He also drained excess brake fluid and recommended a fluid change in the next few months due to the colour. When all was done, he took the car out for a short test and asked me to do the same - when I reported it felt different to before he also explained why. Overall great communication from Mass and would highly recommend him.

The guy was really helpful skilled, he was on time as I scheduled with the dealership. He gave me absolutely all the proper informations I need to be aware of that, but the decision is just remains on me! 😉
