I supoose the only reservation I have is that the clickmechanic charges were based on the job taking five hours where it took less than half this time so the rate for the work would seem a little high at over £250 per hour. After all we wanted a good mechanic not a senior barrister or brain surgeon. So my complaint would not be with the mechanic but with the clickmechanic system of estimating times to carry out works. You expect to pay a premium but not quite that much of a premium!”
