You’ve been given a break down cost of repairs to van which is £2197.61 and £700 for hire vehicle while my van was being repaired.
It’s irrelevant of how much the damages were, if was lower or higher you still would’ve had to pay me the £250 excess.
Proof is dash cam footage of you in van causing damage.
Proof is voicemail of you lying how damages was caused. You said automatic handbrake didn’t kick in when van was lowered and rolled forward causing a scuff.

The mechanic was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Picked up my car (battery was dead), replaced the battery, took it in for service and MOT, and brought it back to my house.
All in as part of their service.
Will ask again in future.
