Aaron was what you want from a mechanic. Turned up, did the job and helped with my questions.
The only hiccup, was what I was quoted to what I paid was £80 difference.
I got the quote from the website, and the mechanic was smart enough to realise the parts quoted were not the correct parts so ordered the correct parts, which was where the difference came from. I was happy to pay for the work, just a bit put out there was no help from customer service at all.

Aron arrived slightly after the scheduled time, but his communication was brilliant, he called ahead to let me know he’d be a little delayed, which was much appreciated. He carried out the work efficiently and professionally, replacing the rear brake discs and pads to a high standard with no issues at all. Overall, a great experience, I’d happily use his services again.

Aron and Alfie are a good team who work very well together. They have bags of experience and knowhow. They did a fantastic job of renewing front and rear brake pads/discs/sensors/updating onboard computer for my Mini Cooper quickly and efficiently, at an unbelievable price compared to the manufacturers, Halfords or any one else you care to mention. There were problems with delivery of parts at the time of our initial appointment but Aron called let me know and we agreed for him to come a couple of hours later once the parts were supplied. Aron and Alfie then turned up 10 minutes early!

Aaron was both friendly and appeared knowledgeable, He told me the result he had obtained from the warning light inspection which was a fault with the ABS Module and he would research from VW and let me know the availability and cost to carry out the replacement which I am currently waiting for.
