Had pads and discs done done. All good when he left, They started squealing after about 15 miles so we called for advice - he came back same day whern he'd finished other jobs.

Was 45 minutes later than the 2 hour prescribed time window but to be fair there was a major incident on the nearby motorway which was the cause of the lateness.

Work appears satisfactory (brake pads) but I am unhappy with the mess /oil stain left behind. I make a lot of effort to keep my driveway clean but after this work was carried out there was an oil stain (I presume from his van) and two large marks (brake dirt/dust) left on the drive. Who is going to pay to clean this up?

Not happy with whole experience …I booked a full service and disk brakes and when starting the car for the first time I still have a red service light and brake light showing on the dashboard. I will now have to pay for someone to reset everything!
