Couldn’t really fault Arun. He turned up in the allotted time frame and sent me a message confirming this morning. He took the car and did a service and arranged MOT, called me to let me know the result and Advisories and delivered the car back to me - which was so handy! Would def use again!

I booked Aron to install a new cam belt, change my oil/oil filter and install a new water pump.

Communication was brilliant. When Aron got a cancellation he was straight on the phone to ask if it was convenient to move my job ahead a day to get it done sooner, and when he had started the work he told me that one job I had booked - a new water pump - was not required and so refunded me the cost right away. This was my error as on other cars I have owned, the best practice has been to change the water pump and cam belt at the same time due to access issues. Aron called to let me know why it wasn't necessary and reassured me that the water pump could easily be done without having to disturb the cam belt in the future if required. A lot of mechanics would have taken the money for the extra work and said nothing, so this honesty is very much appreciated. Read more
