joshua was brilliant, did the job required with no issues then checked the other break pads to confirm all good. i would not hesitate to use service again, in fact its like having your own personal mechanic

Yes, they were friendly, but being friendly doesn’t resolve the issue with my brake pads. They were changed and seemed fine at first, but the next day I told the mechanic the noises were still there and asked if he could check it out. He agreed and arranged to come on Sunday, 14th September. Now, this morning, I’ve received a message from him asking pointless questions and trying to reschedule yet again, even though I’ve already explained that I work Monday to Friday and that isn’t feasible. Your communication really needs improvement. Customers are paying for your service, and constantly changing the dates you commit to is completely unacceptable.
