Despite the outcome of the diagnosis being bad news for me, I cannot fault Steve’s service today in any way.
He was prompt in reply to my messages, from initial booking right through to his arrival and kept me informed and assured.
After diagnosing the car, Steve explained clearly and demonstrated each part’s current issue as well as identifying potential future problems. His knowledge and honesty meant that I could make an informed decision on how to proceed without incurring more repair costs in the imminent future.
I would definitely recommend Steve to anyone else seeking an honest, reliable mechanic.
