Jose was friendly and right on time.
I just left him to get on with the job and he replaced the rear pads within the hour.
I booked the job at 1250 and he arrived at 1730.

The work requested was carried out but there were issues with communication on the original day booked and at the rearranged time a different mechanic to the one listed here was sent to complete the work. While completing the work this mechanic left the car with the wheel off and took the car keys without informing us where they were going and was not able to be contacted.
