Had a water pump fitted and the mechanic then told me that the pipe from the pump to the thermostat was leaking and advised not to drive the car! On having to pay again the for a mechanic to fit a new pipe he advised that the pipe wasn’t leaking due to a fault but actually broken from the 1st mechanic refitting it to the pump! So a job that was £299 turned out to be £599

Olivers communication with me from when the work was first passed to him right up to when he arrived was absolutely brilliant, he was punctual got to work on the car straight away and explained what he was doing, he flagged up a couple of other problems with the car which I was grateful for and I am extremely pleased with the work he completed

Best experience I’ve had with a mechanic. Oliver kept me updated as there was a delay which I didn’t not mind at all. His new ETA was spot on. He got to work straight away and got it all done in the hour he said it would take. Best part was he went above and beyond securing some loose bits and bobs while advising me that the car would need another bit of work done. He sent me pictures of everything and explained what I needed, leaving me the option to carry out the work on my own time instead of pushing me into additional work in the moment which is what I usually get at a garage. Would recommend 100%.
