Very good communication throughout — he texted me the day before and again when he was on the way, and arrived promptly.
As a woman with little to no knowledge of cars, I’m always nervous about using a new mechanic, but he was honest and professional. He didn’t try to upsell anything and simply carried out the booked job quickly and efficiently.
