Great job done on my brakes by Arjun. Flexible and good communication throughout. Thoroughly recommended.

Unfortunately, the repair was not completed because the locking-wheel-nut key could not be found. The mechanic confirmed that no repair work was carried out, although the vehicle was placed into service mode.

The unused parts were refunded, but I was still charged £119.95 for the call-out and waiting time. I was not informed beforehand that waiting time would be chargeable or told the applicable rate. I have raised this through the resolution process, but the mechanic is currently not responding.

I am disappointed that I am being asked to leave feedback while my complaint and refund request remain unresolved. I will update this review if the matter is handled fairly. Read more

Arjun and his co-worker were super friendly and professional. Within the first few minutes of talking to them, I quickly became assured of their experties and sound knowledge of car mechanics.
