Very disappointed with the service provided by this mechanic through ClickMechanic. My non-starting car was barely inspected before I was told the fuel pump was faulty and the battery needed replacing. I was charged full price for this incorrect diagnosis.

After towing the car to a proper garage, a full diagnostic revealed serious issues that were completely missed — a damaged head gasket, cracked engine block, and coolant leak. The car is now effectively scrap.

I paid for a professional diagnostic service and instead received a rushed and misleading assessment. I would not recommend this mechanic based on my experience.

The "Mechanic" was polite, dressed in normal clothes, (not overalls or logo'd clothing) with his mate having driven him, came with I think just a diagnostic machine and no tools (He even said - I have no tools with me), commented before even looking at the van it has high mileage, and raised his eyebrows. I explained what had happened before, he looked said "Yes, it's done it again" put the turbo pipe back on, but gave no reason as to why it had happened - not alot of "Diagnostics" going on really. Arrived and left within about 15 minutes. To be honest, a complete waste of money. I think "Clickmechanic" is pointless and extremely poor service/value for money, if I knew how to ask for a refund I would.

Happy with the work done. My car was collected and returned without any issues. I would use this mechanic again

Turned up promptly and did a good job changing my brake pads and discs. They stuck at the job even when they ran into a problem which broke some of their tools and added significant time to the job and worked diligently to get me back on the road as soon as possible.
