Arjun was great, he ran diagnosis and informed me in plain terms what the error/fault codes were saying. He did not try to 'upsell' me and told me what he believed the issues likely were and how I would need to go about getting them fixed.

Then upon a deeper look, he found the actual problem and was able to fix it on the spot. Arjun is very honest, open, direct, and in my opinion trust worthy.

Very knowledgeable in finding what was wrong quickly, friendly and efficient not wasting time and came to me at a time suitable to me. Fixed the issue quickly.

Arjan was great, let me know in the morning he’d be with me around 1.15, he arrived at 12.30, which worked out even better. Fitted my alternator & drivebelt very efficiently. Everyone now works fine 👍🏼

I regret I was very disappointed with the service I received. First of all my appointment was booked between 16.00 and 18.00. It was almost 20.30 by the time the mechanic arrived. I had received a call from him at 18.00 claiming to be in the area, delayed on another job. He said he would be with me around 18.30 to 20.00. At 19.45 I called him to confirm he would still be with me by 20.00. I was told he was on the motorway on route about 20 - 30 minutes away, so couldn’t have been in the area when they had called me earlier. Finally arrived at almost 20.30. Upon arrival there were 2 guys who seemed somewhat disorganised. They seemed to be struggling to find the right tools to check my car over. They did do a plug in diagnostics scan which showed a faulty camshaft position sensor. I enquired if this was a fault they could rectify at which point the agenda quickly turned to me requiring at new head gasket and timing chain. However no checks had been carried out to confirm this and the car was not and still is not showing any symptoms of such faults. They removed the cover to gain access to the coil packs and spark plugs using the wrong tool and then left the cover loose, which I had to refit myself using my own correct tool. Also the diagnostics plug cover was simply left thrown in the back seat of my car and not refitted. I also had to refit this ‘myself. I simply feel I was treated disrespectful given how late they had arrived & made no apology for this and the general poor working practice they demonstrated. They simply seemed to fiddle with things, but not actually check anything. However they seemed very confident what my car needed regardless. They departed after about 15 minutes leaving me non the wiser. However within 10 minutes of them leaving they sent me a quote totalling almost £2500 for a timing chain, head gasket, and major service. Bearing in mind the car is not showing any symptoms of a faulty head gasket and has only covered about 5000 miles since the last major service I’m very confused by this. Peugeots service interval’s for this car are 20000 miles. Also the engine runs very smoothly considering their claim that the timing chain is stretched and needs changing. I simply felt they conducted themselves in a very unprofessional manner and were trying to take me for a fool by having work done that isn’t needed and very expensive at that. So I called a local mechanic I have used previously who this afternoon arrived when he was supposed to and was both professional and helpful. It turns out the problem was actually being caused by a dirty vvt sensor valve. This simply needed to be removed and cleaned as they can clogg up causing the cars Ecu to get poor readings and trigger a camshaft sensor error message. He seemed very surprised this was not checked as it a common problem which is straight forward and cheap to rectify. He was with me for about an hour was very professional and I was only charged £70 & my car is now running perfectly. Unlike the two clowns who came on Monday who completely wasted my time and resulted in my whole evening being ruined by them being so late to say nothing of nearly £80 I might as well have thrown down the drain. Arjun was very thorough. After changing the pads and discs the brake symbol was still on the dash and he used his diagnostic tool to inform me the rear drivers side will need changing soon. I’ll pass that on to my boss. Very happy with the service… as always.

I’ve just received a bill for over 2500 when quoted 600. They adding in some parts that should be about 300 and charged me over 1700 for them. Without even giving a cost.
