Kia Sorento Plug-in Diagnostic Inspection

He was able to do a different diagnosis for my vehicle to find the exact issue but because I booked a different thing which is at the same price and time he did not do the diagnosis that we needed.
Finally he said he can't do anything or recommend what is the next step but to take it to the dealership branch.
Not really helpful person.

I attended within the agreed booking window and carried out the 1-hour plug-in diagnostic that was booked.
On arrival, the vehicle was in a significantly different condition to that described in the booking. It had a flat battery, extensive accident damage, would not enter READY mode, multiple communication faults and a coolant leak affecting the hybrid system.
Although only a plug-in diagnostic was booked, I went beyond the booked scope by using my own jump pack, carrying out additional checks, investigating the coolant leak and attempting to clear the recorded faults.
I explained my findings to the customer and recommended Kia for further diagnosis because the vehicle required specialist manufacturer equipment to investigate the internals of the hybrid transmission, or once the bodywork is completed we can take the vehicle to our workshop to be checked further.
The review states that I did not recommend the next step, which is incorrect. I clearly recommended that the vehicle be taken to Kia for further specialist diagnosis or to our workshop as the Bodyshop where the vehicle was parked was not suitable to work.
The review also appears to criticise me for not carrying out a complete diagnosis beyond the one-hour service that was actually booked. A plug-in diagnostic is not the same as a full investigation and repair of a heavily accident-damaged hybrid vehicle.
I attended within the agreed time, completed the booked service and went beyond its scope in an attempt to assist. I am always happy to help customers, but additional specialist investigation cannot reasonably be carried out indefinitely within a one-hour diagnostic booking.
