Great, friendly and helpful mechanic just wasn't any communication as more than one mechanic was sent to fix my car the work didn't get finished. Especially when I need my car to work and have paid for the work on my car but am unable to work for over a week waiting for my car to be fully fixed.

The rating is unfair. The job was booked to complete the list of things mentioned. That was exactly carried out. If there was a issue after this, then it should have been directed at the person who done the diagnostic. Nevertheless, I still offered to help at the end of the day.

Booked a pre purchase inspection and Hifzur accepted the job. I can see why this guy has such a fantastic rating. The evening before be was due to go, he called the owner to check in with him and confirm the details. He then called me to check in with me (let me know he called the owner) and asked me if there was anything specific he would like to to look out for (there were a couple of things and he noted them down and said he would check).
Hifzur turned up at the start of the time slot and I had the report mailed to me 1 hour later. He called me later in the afternoon once he got back to his garage and walked me through the report and talked about the couple of minor things on the car.
His knowledge was excellent and was able to provide perfect clarity on his findings. Not only is he highly knowledgable and professional but he's extremely polite and courteous. Amazing experience. Thank you Hifzur.
