Hifzur checked my car very thoroughly and narrowed the issue down to the battery and starter motor problem. He also helped me start my car so it was ready to be used for the time being till a more permanent fix can be carried out. Hifzur was empathetic, he listened to my concerns and reassured me about his competence , he seemed very knowledgeable about cars ,he fixed my alternator which is now working well , so far so good.
