“Camerul was a friendly approachable Guy, I was hoping he had a bit more insight of the Citroen c4 and and more understanding of the warning lights on the dash. He done several checks of the battery and checked for fault codes of which I had all ready done but was hoping his a equipment was better than mine and he could come up with something else? but sadly not. The conclusion was it might be a faulty battery or starter motor. I purchased a new £156 battery but no joy. Did not really want to start swapping bits to try find what is at fault. I will just have to get it lifted and taken to a Citroen dealer.”

“Akeil was excellent. Very courteous and willing to discuss the issue prior to arrival, to make sure a diagnostic check was appropriate.

He was very generous with his time and explored multiple causes of the problem. It was a complex issue as the car was starting intermittently but remarkably it started when he tried it. This made it difficult to determine the cause of the problem.

After trying different things. Akeil suggested that the problem was likely the key as he had eliminated all other possible causes.

I have not yet resolved the issue but thanks to Akeil I have an action plan to get it solved.

Akeil is very knowledgeable and keen to serve his customers. I highly recommend this mechanic.”
