Brandon was friendly and knowledgeable. He came for changing front brake pad. Once he open the wheel and inspect the brake pad, it was relatively new which I changed only 6 months. But not reset the system by the engineer who changed in 6 months before. He advise me what to do and reset the system. He is honest and very helpful. Strongly recommend.

Brandon, called to confirm his arrival time (was expecting him to say he couldn't make it due to the weather - which I would have been fine with) but no, he confirmed time and arrived as agreed. Very polite and professional, explained what he was going to do and time the work would take and cracked on. Completed Front Disc and Pad replacement in less than 30mins, advised to run the brakes in for the first 100 miles and to contact him if any issues. Very pleased with the entire process - from booking to having the work undertaken.
