Brandon was very polite and profession. He was late arriving but contacted me to let me know he had got stuck in traffic. It was so much easier to be able to have a mechanic do the repair for me at home, saving me time and money by not having to go to a garage. Will definitely use this service again.

Cheap parts used and my car is not stopping as it should. grinding noise coming from front brakes. Two mechanics confirmed the same. I will be taking you to court tomorrow morning.

Thanks for your feedback, though I’m disappointed by the accusations.
To clarify for others reading: the work was completed over two months ago using high-quality parts worth over £600 (VAT included) — all documented. You later reported a noise, and I offered to return to inspect it, with a standard £30 call-out fee to cover travel and time. This was declined.
At no point was I abusive, and I have kept all communication professional. I take pride in my work and aim to resolve any genuine issues, but I won’t tolerate false claims or threats.
If anyone has questions about this situation or my services, I’m happy to provide clarity and proof of the work carried out.
