BMW 3 Series Premium Pre-purchase Inspection

Absolutely terrible experience. Booked a pre-vehicle inspection and honestly wish I hadn’t bothered. The inspector turned up over 3 hours late with limited communication. When the report finally arrived, it was beyond disappointing. Barely any useful information, nothing detailed or thorough like you’d expect from a service like this. I could have done a better check myself.
To top it all off, they had the nerve to charge £200 for this joke of a service. Complete waste of money. I rarely leave reviews, but people need to be warned. You’re better off saving your time and cash.

Hi, I was genuinely surprised by your review, especially as at the time you told me it was fine — the seller was at home all day. If there had been any issues, it would have been helpful to mention them on the day so I could have addressed your concerns directly.
Just to clarify, did you check what was included in the inspection before booking? A premium pre-purchase inspection doesn’t involve removing parts — it’s a visual and functional check designed to give an honest overview of the vehicle’s condition.
I always aim to provide a fair and thorough service based on what’s been agreed beforehand.
If there was anything in particular you felt was missing or unclear in the report, I would have appreciated the chance to discuss it with you and explain further.

Got on with the job in hand and finished in a quick amount of time.
Could not quite finish the job, due to another problem, but happily diagnosed the other problem, which will be sorted at a later date.
Was on time, and even called ahead to alert me of his expected ETA.
